Perhaps it's time to start panicking. Oh well.<br />
To bring or not to bring, now that, is a question.<br />
Now, I wonder if I can fit a table light in.<br />
30kg 30kg 30kg. Sigh.emilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15352953612715502876noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339846137300319282.post-25099080339898229602010-08-31T21:19:00.000+08:002010-08-31T21:19:49.298+08:00Needless to say, more needles!Sigh, what a jab-eriffic day yesterday was. At least this time the two was on the same arm.<br />
<br />
I had a great time with Junie at Gurney today. I finally bought 2 pairs of jeans, so that's another one of the checklist!<br />
Watched the last airbender. Bleugh. Honestly, it's an insult to the animated series.<br />
A week and a half left!emilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15352953612715502876noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339846137300319282.post-80654206576021799612010-08-25T21:30:00.001+08:002010-08-26T13:34:29.508+08:00Tick tock.Yea, the clock's ticking and I haven't even started to pack. I wonder where to get a winter coat, freezing to death doesn't sound like a very comfortable idea.<br />
<br />
I wish Ashveer would hurry up and open his new blog.<br />
It would be great if Vice Pres. Tiffy and Head of Info. Dep. Siput could set up their blog soon, they seem to have so many stories to tell, though largely limited by the little time we have to during our online GOSSIP (gossipy, obsessive, stalker society of inquisitive people) sessions.<br />
<br />
Entries to come (eventually, maybe) :<br />
1. Busy Busy (think visa applications, a lot of travel involved)<br />
2. Things I'll miss T.T<br />

(a rant, and a cool link for medstudents-to-be)It's been so boring and uninspiring lately.<br />
Hmm..maybe I should get a part-time job?<br />
<br />
But I did come across something interesting, check it out;<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/body/">http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/body/</a><br />
<br />
the site also has links to awesome quizzes. Mind boggling, though not to the extent as that of Inception.emilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15352953612715502876noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339846137300319282.post-38805229495405184962010-07-22T20:10:00.000+08:002010-07-22T20:10:19.669+08:00Stable affairs [pardon the pun =)]What I meant by stable (well, stables actually) is the place where domesticated horses are usually housed in.<br />
So, if you thought otherwise, it's best to stop reading before you start to utter vulgarities at the pathetic-ness of this post.<br />
<br />
Anyway, I witnessed Squaw and Magic (you probably wouldn't know them. And yes, they're horses) having an affair today (they were nuzzling). Not that they have that much of a choice, with stables next to each other.<br />
Hmm.. pictures next week maybe?<br />
<br />
I just realized how boring and pathetic I sound. Sigh.emilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15352953612715502876noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339846137300319282.post-43430950774526229612010-07-20T22:00:00.001+08:002010-07-20T22:02:37.114+08:00A Bumpy Ride.Ever experienced turbulence on a plane?<br />
<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br />
</span></span>Don't get me wrong. I love flying, and would grab the window seat at any chance I got.</div><div><br />
</div><div>Anyway, we were 15000 feet in the air, which I found to be a thrilling experience, being able to see the entire landscape below (yea, we're below the clouds!). The flight path was through plenty of farming areas, with amazing views of untouched jungles, patterns of winding <s>though dirty</s> rivers. It was fascinating, I wish I brought my camera along. The stiff neck was worth it. I was surprised to find out I was almost right, when we flew past a horseshoe-shaped bend in the river and I found myself thinking, 'hey, that looks familiar guess we'll be landing soon'. I REALLY love window seats.</div><div><br />
</div><div>She(the plane) was a beauty, and had plenty of character. The periodic roar(no, it wasn't THAT loud. It was definitely much much louder). Though, admittedly, the rattling of her entire structure was ... slightly disconcerting. I thought the plane had to be about 30yrs of age. After a little research(yay google!; and wikipedia) I found out that I was likely to be correct.<br />
<br />

</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;">Anyway here's the story.</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;">Kudos to api-api, I was late for a talk. Honestly, the glasses are a headache.</div><div><br /></div><div>The movie itself though was... cute.</div><div>It's not everyday that we come across movies depicting a super villain as the main character(plenty of super heroes though), which also provides a somewhat refreshing change.</div><div><br /></div><div>Anyway;</div><div><img src="http://www.iwatchstuff.com/2009/11/06/despicable-me-trailer-2.jpg" /></div><div><br /></div><div>The super villain <s>whom very cliché-ly became somewhat of a hero </s> : Gru </div><div><br /></div><div><img src="http://ramascreen.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Despicable-Me.JPG" /></div><div>His one/two eyed glow-stick(oh you'll find out, watch the movie) minions. </div><div><br /></div><div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdsV56cSKaf3lLjksYvuoj9ML8bTav4myG4lRxXtcbd19h2sCENpRGaM5dQNEhqNpyL8y07zruGfvFMqIDm27cT-iMbk-zpYnuFi3lULN7sYjlMkxVFbgK-8CqBoadBsP68nvO4R0XFFkT/s1600/despicable_me_movie_image_09.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 325px; height: 201px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdsV56cSKaf3lLjksYvuoj9ML8bTav4myG4lRxXtcbd19h2sCENpRGaM5dQNEhqNpyL8y07zruGfvFMqIDm27cT-iMbk-zpYnuFi3lULN7sYjlMkxVFbgK-8CqBoadBsP68nvO4R0XFFkT/s1600/despicable_me_movie_image_09.jpg" border="0" alt="" /> </a><br />The orphan-ed girls(well, Gru adopted them)</div><div>From the left; Margo, Agnes and Edith.</div><div><br /></div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdsV56cSKaf3lLjksYvuoj9ML8bTav4myG4lRxXtcbd19h2sCENpRGaM5dQNEhqNpyL8y07zruGfvFMqIDm27cT-iMbk-zpYnuFi3lULN7sYjlMkxVFbgK-8CqBoadBsP68nvO4R0XFFkT/s1600/despicable_me_movie_image_09.jpg"><div><img src="http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:waOLoa3fS-atOM" /></div></a><div><br /></div><div>Vector, Gru's arch nemesis(also a super villain. Then again, I DID NOT THINK (a.k.a had absolutely zero idea of what I was doing). Thinking about it, I'd rather not think about it. Ah well, what I don't know won't hurt me...for now. Not that it matters, careless mistakes are bound(definitely actually) to be present. </div><div><br /></div><div>Physics- Can't even do the 1st question(and the next, AND the next, and...). Need I say more. T.T</div><div><br /></div><div>Summary= CRAP or (expletive)</div><div><br /></div><div>From this exams, I have concluded that :</div><div><br /></div><div>1. I have negligible IQ compared to my classmates(and everyone else while I'm there) . Or you can liken it to an op-amp, infinite input impedance. Not zero output impedance though.</div><div>2. I have a 'hard disk drive' with a memory space as that of a single-celled bacterium. Oh wait, they don't have a nervous system(no brain) or neurones for that matter(duh, single-celled).</div><div>3.
